Crash S. Gregg

Crash brings over 24 years of negotiation, marketing, and real estate skills to each and every deal he has the opportunity to work on for his clients. He originally had his real estate license in 1997 and offers both commercial and residential experience. Those who work with Crash all agree that he gives his best on every transaction and can always be reached, which is a true rarity in the commercial real estate world. His tenacity for his clients’ success helps ensure deals are as smooth and stress-free as possible and he is thankful for the decades of experience the principals and fellow agents at Mikels & Jones bring to the negotiating table. Whether leasing, buying, or selling, he will be there for you until the deal is done.

Crash believes in giving back to the community and currently serves on boards for the Women’s Center, State Capitol Foundation, Triangle ArtWorks, and others. He owns Triangle Downtowner Magazine, a local publication founded in 2005 that highlights local small businesses, restaurants, charities, history, and more throughout the surrounding Triangle area. The Downtowner has over 145,000 monthly readers and Crash feels honored that the magazine has consistently been able to donate more than $75,000 in advertising annually to local nonprofits. He has one son, Colton, that he is very proud of, and a faithful canine buddy named Truman.
